So I was sitting in my car in sainsburys car park minding my own business, waiting for the better half to finish the shopping. I was happily tooting away on my atlantis when a sour faced old moo hammers her walking stick on the window..
"Do you know your car is on fire?"
"No" I reply "it's not on fire. I am just having a vape"
Now in full Catherine Tate grandma style I get
"You should have more fu**ing respect, you had me worried and I have had 2 heart attacks and I have a bad leg you rude little shit"
I wished her Happy Christmas and she lit a superking and went unhappily on her way, coughing up a lung and then spitting on the floor.
Miserable old bint. Rant over.

Pensioners of today eh! I do find a lot of them rude, grouchy and very bad mannered. Just cos they went through the war does not give them carte blanche to be uncivil. Give me cheeky youngsters any day!

I said a lot of them, not all of them! I catch an old couple at work sometimes and we have a bit of a banter. I mentioned I was looking for a homemade Xmas cake with cherries. After the weekend, the old gentleman was waiting for me, cake in hand that his wife made  lovely couple. On the other side, an older lady at the school just can't say anything nice about anything. |
