Air getting in somewhere..need advice.

I use Boge cartos with a poly tank. Never usually have any issues, but on this occasion I'm not having the best of luck.

I'm punching one hole in the carto as per usual. Then priming it and blowing through the carto to get rid of excess juice.

Then I'm filling the tank and it's usually good to go. Not this time, there appears to be air getting in somewhere and it's affecting the draw. Hardly any throat hit or vapour. Tried 3 cartos an am having the same problem.

If anyone can offer some advice, it would be really appreciated.

hissie is everything tightened up? Not sure what your using but is the o rings ok? And is your drip tip pushed in place firmly?

Yup everything is tightend up and thee o rings look fine. Drip tip is in place. Just don't understand it. Never had this issue before and I've been using this set up for years.

I dont know what to suggest as I dont use that setup

Higher resistance than you normally use perhaps?

Thanks for the replies. I use Lr boges and an AGR poly tank. My mod is always set at 8.5w, so the resistance isn't a problem.

Just can't get my head round why there's a problem. I reckon it's cause it's xmas and I'm being tested lol.

try filling a carto without punching it, have a vape and see if it feels right, if its ok then its a problem with the tank, if its not right then its either the carto, the juice or the mod.............

I use LR Boges in an AGR tank.

I bought a 5-pack recently and so far, no.1 was good, no.2 and no.3 have had almost no airflow.

Coincidence? Bad batches? Fake Boges?

You don't mention a burnt taste so I assuming it s not running dry.
So I would think it's too much juice at the coil for it to atomise.
Try upping the power.

Never used a boge but ... over/underfilling? Kayfuns can be buggers both with too much or too little juice. If it's full, empty it a bit (however you do with a Boge) and get some air in. If it's empty... put some juice in some shit

To be honest I think it's the juice. I've tried the same filling method as I always do using an non punched Boge and still having the same problem. I've tried Boges from different boxes just to see if I've used duff ones and the problem is still there.

Decided to contact the juice vendor about it, just waiting for a reply now.
