Hi there, i tried to post here earlier but it didn't work, second time lucky! Thanks Des for you reply on the other forum, it turned out that there wasn't any white stuff in the mouthpeice of the ciggy! do you think I've broken the automiser thingy? It's tasting a bit burned but then that could be the taste of the tobacco juice as I'm not used to it?

I bought 2 of the Titan compact kits on special from TECC. i've set the other one up properly and used menthol juice which seems to be nicer (never smoke menthol ciggies, been a heavy rollie smoker for years)

Sorry you had trouble posting earlier, not sure what could have happened.

Okey Dokey, the atomisers often come with a completely blank mouthpiece attached to protect them in transit. remove it (but don't throw it away) & take one of the cartridges that came with the kit & fill that with about 10 drops of juice. Blow through your atomiser from the thread end, into a bit of tissue, you may have flooded it but that should solve the problem

Could someone tell me please if they think I have broken my automiser please?

As a heavy tobacco user I understand that I may need a better set up so any recommendations are welcome, although I can't afford much more until the end of the month!

At the moment where would I get some of the all in one things that you fill which would fit my batteries?

And, perhaps most importantly, can anyone recommend a flavour that will go nicely with my glass of red wine in the evening?

I shall carry on reading just now, i feel like i've stepped into a whole new world!

I seem to be vaping ok now, the virginia blend of juice tastes nicer than the tobacco one that came with the kit! Ordered some cartomisers and some Benson and fences. the Riva will have to wait until payday, by which time I should know how successful I'm going to be at this!

So pleased to hear you are vaping OK Karma

I think it's a good idea hanging on before ordering anything else. If you do decide to get the Riva kit after pay day, you would be then be able to try the LR (lower resistance) Boge or Kanger cartomisers with it. The LR cartomisers burn hotter & give more vapour & throat hit. You can't use them on your Titan though as they would draw too much power from the battery.
