I think you will find any battery that charges on a mini usb far more convenient, I know I do! I was always killing ego's with that silly little round charger so i'm going to say cheap and cheerful = istick (or one of its identical brethren) the reason i'll say an istick are obvious, its very hand sized, and hides an impressive 2200 lipo battery, I know it cant be replaced when battery gets to end of life but when it costs £20-30 its very cost effective, its almost at throwaway pricing when compared to ego batteries its an absolute bargain and i'm sure it'l suit you

Great value for the money. If you want to stick to the ego style/ tube battery why not look at the Kanger iPow2 or the aspire CF

thanks for all your replies and advice, I did recently buy an evod 2 and used it with my vision spinner 2 and I got really good throat hits and lots of vape, am I right in saying the vision has been upgraded and is now a lot more reliable and better quality, what are all your opinions on them? Regarding the istick I already have the itaste mvp (which I assume is similar to the istick) which I use at home hence the reason I'm looking at the new vision 2 for when I'm out, I have read on here that there is another type of vision called siegal or something like that, I know it begins with an S and it is supposed to be as good if not better than the vision. When all comes to all I think I prefer a vision type of ecig with the evod 2, even to my itaste mvp. Just one other thing, I really do like strong tobacco flavoured juice, I've tried a few but haven't found the ultimate, (perhaps there isn't one) any of you good folk have the same preference as me and if so what's your ultimate juice? This vaping really gets to you doesn't it?

There are lots of fake spinners around did you get scratch cards with yours? I would expect them to take 300+ charges.

I agree with monty If you had genuine vision spinner II batteries you should expect a MINIMUM of 300 charges. I thought the new version of spinner II was a mini version (650 or 900mah) Anyway just to give you an idea here is an iStick next to an iTaste MVP and a spinner in front. I do love the istick (think I may have said that ) it has twice the power of the itaste and does me a couple of days between charges.

I gave my friend an iStick for Christmas jamesrd, their preference up until now has been for Spinners as they find tubular mods a bit cumbersome for their liking and the MVP would have been too bulky. The iStick now has another new fan as a result, they love it.

Its a really good choice jamesrd istick battery last for yonks and its form factor is nice - very tactile and not overlarge in anyone's hand! It's priced very reasonable and its slightly overpowered so it packs a punch I really like the little extras to, I have the leather case and lanyard so I can carry it close to hand, under my coat if needs be! I also use the istick bending adapter as it folds the tank over nicely and fits in my spare phone slot inside my handbag. I'm not saying i'm hideously clumsy.... but least I'm unlikely to snap the tank clear off the battery now! I find charging very simple as most phones use mini usb connectors, and so does my kindle so I only need one power lead which is a bonus and I'm sure you will love it
