St nick was kind enough to leave this in my pressie pile this year.



Adjustable between 150 - 480 c

Anyone reccomend some decent solder and flux pen?
So many out there I'm getting confused lol.
Will be for building mods and pipes.

I use 60/40 multicore solder 1.22mm, you will only need to set your iron for about 185 deg. I cannot remember the make though as I got from work when I worked in electronics.

you probably wont need a flux pen as multicore solder has flux built into it. I would recommend buying a disordering pump and some disordering braid though. I also use tip tinner to keep my soldering iron tip clean.

igual Don't try soldering the segments back together on the chocolate orange

I see some nice mods on the horizon .

With our gremlin in the house chocolate oranges last less than 20 mins, if left on her own she can demolish one very rapidly.
She ends up with a major chochy coverd mush lol.

Her favourite are the lindor chocys in the red wrapper.
We have to hide them lol.
