battery life would be the only thing I would be interested in but I think the 50w would be to big for me. Have had no problems with the thread on the isticks so I think I am happy with what I have.Plus I need to stop spending.

Estimated shipping date of iStick 30w is Jan, 15th, and Jan, 25th for iStick 50W. Is there still an aaec discount?

My other grip is the 510 connection having to lift the pin but the new version addresses that. Don't need 30 or 50 watts, but a spring pin and good threads would be good.

Maybe only works if it was bad when new or has drifted over time.

Soz guys, just thought it was worth trying for those that have problems. I am lucky as I have two iSticks both of which have not missed a beat.

I just got this response from scritti on UKV to my post and it was not a fix for over powering at all, just for faulty iSticks.

Thought I was going mad, every other day Im having to replace the dual coil in my Kanger Mega as it keeps burning out, never happens on the other batteries just this eleaf thingy. Came on here to ask if I was using it wrong, its only ever at the lowest setting of 3.0v. So I see others are having this issue to, is it a faulty batch or just a faulty product?

Cc is having the same problems. Kanger heads only lasting 2 days. Have told her to use her mvp for now and see how long the coils last on that. I will try the reset thing tonight as well and see if that helps. I have the smart version of the istick coming from fasttech so will be interesting to see if that has the same issues.
