Hmm I bought some today from a high st big name Perps will know who I mean  . So onto reading the label  shock horror it states 1. for external use only 2. irritating to the respiratory system Your thoughts please |

My first thought was, these days Manufacturers have to cover themselves for all and everything, to avoid being sued . . . heck, even some sandwiches carry a warning if they've been prepared/packed in an environment containing nuts. |

I just bought a couple of bottles in Boots and they have the warning. They also say that they are for Aromatherapy. I guess the warning could be regarding breathing in dust from the actual crystals.

I thought as much Steve , just making sure I'd got the right ones  , up until now I have been using bought menthol drops , whats the best way for dissolving them ? I assume I use de-ionised water to make a solution .. I wouldn't be comfortable just dropping a few crystals into my mix , but would rather use a solution . |

There is nothing as bad as Man Flu Gordy . . . every woman knows that.  I'd suggest other than de-ionised water, dissolving your crystals in some plain PG Storm, or some vodka - but you'll have to heat it, if you use voddie. |
