Thanks lairey, although I feel very stupid and rather annoying asking so many questions. It's just I'd rather know as much as I can about what I'm getting into here I'll be sure to post a pic on Wednesday. Thank you all for such a warm welcome and all of your help. I was rather nervous about posting on here. I appreciate it until Wednesday then (unless I have any more questions in the meantime)

Oh, and the Evod style heads are very easy to rebuild. Don't worry about that to start with, but if you enjoy tinkering, something you will probably progress to, so don't throw old ones away The Evod is a great kit to begin with and will certainly hit the spot tonnes better than the disposable type that you have used before. I was vaping for a year on skycigs before I found this forum and better kit. For that entire year I was dual fuelling. I switched to a similar kit to the one you have ordered and stopped smoking almost overnight. I did find the first ciggie in the car on the way to work was the hardest for me to stop and continued to have that one for a few weeks.

We all asked loads of questions to begin with. We love to help newbies to find a kit a juice that suits them and kick the stinkies to the curb! Oh, and check out Smoke Rainbow - they have over 600 different juices in 1ml sample sizes for around 60p each - a great way for you to try lots of different flavours without getting left with loads of bottles of juice you don't like

Hi & welcome to the forum, isaacbale94 & enjoy your vaping journey when your first kit arrives. As lairey has said above & others, don't worry about asking questions, as we all want you to enjoy vaping & for it to work for you. Dual fueling isn't anything to beat yourself up over, but you may be pleasantly surprised, that after a day or three, you don't even fancy a cig & with the decent start up kit you've gone for, that looks likely.

It's an EVOD, not an EVOD2 (looking at the transparent drip tip). I think these are the heads you want: myepack.co.uk/accessories/protank-evod-coil-head.html the 1.8ohm ones. Can someone confirm for me tho?? I doubt myself sometimes, but the pic on the apollo site is definitely an EVOD. I think I'm wrong. Welcome to AAE-C isaacbale94I agree with you re the picture, but the product description states dual coil?

Hey there everyone. How are you all. I'm a new member and just wanted to introduce myself really. My name's Isaac. I'm new to the whole e-cig thing. I'm a live in carer, so that's one reason why I want to give up smoking (some people don't like the smell which is fair enough). I've ordered an Apollo Endevour starter kit with a few small bottles to try out, I was recommended it from a friend. Do any of you have this? Is it any good? Anyway, I should have it by Wednesday fingers crossed. I was just wondering how often I need to change the clearomiser, or if I need to at all? Do you have any suggestions for e-liquids for me to try out? I'm a bit worried I'll struggle to quit smoking using this, in the past I've tried an e-cig from a newsagents but I didn't hit the mark, has anyone had any trouble? Or has it been fairly easy? I've spent a fair amount (for me) on this starter kit and I just hope it works out for me. Is there anything else I need to buy or should I be set for a while? I'd really appreciate any input from you all. If you've read all of this then thank you What would you say? about 3 packets of fags? not a lot really when you think about it, think what you'll save when you're not buying the stinkies Welcome to our little 'family'

prrI've just had a close-up look at the heads on the apollo site. They appear to be the old single coil size heads with a slit cut into the silicon cap to accommodate dual coils and wicks. Physically they're the same height as the old old single coils. Don't believe? Take a look. Whatever, the EVOD2 heads will not physically fit.

Welcome isaacbale94Good luck with your e-cig, whatever you need to know, someone will help you. - - - - Some folk know me as the mad bloke that rants about E-Lites, but I'm trying to put all that behind me. ??? Other folk also know me in my role as international Price Police. (I comment on a USA newcomer's forum quite often) Prices in the UK have evened out over the last year quite well, although the cig-a-likes you can buy from supermarkets and shops are still very expensive for what they are. A refillable e-cig is much better (they work!) and far cheaper to run. The initial spend is a bit of an 'ouch' moment, but as we all like to say, with cigarettes at £8 a packet, even £100 is money you can get back quickly even if you don't stop smoking overnight. Well done to you for getting a kit! I rarely recommend Apollo e-cigs. They are very aware of the prices of kits and thankfully have come down in price recently. However I would recommend you take your products and enjoy them, but never going back. The liquids are expensive at £4.95. (They say they 'were' £6.95, now £4.95). They weren't £6.95 to start with. All the tanks are accessories are too much money pretending a product was x amount, now only y amount. Whatever you have bought, it won't make sense to go back for replacement atomizers, even if this means buying a new tank or two. That's about it. I could go on, but it would be boring. Good luck.
