It seems that I'm suffering quite a lot from leaking/gurgling problems lately. I don't want to exaggerate, but it feels like I'm drying out the bottom of the air controller/Protank mouthpiece on a daily basis. I even changed the coils in case the seals were knackered. I basically vape all day/night long, so it does take a fair beating.
My kit is an Innokin iTaste 134 with a Protank 2 screwed on a air controller.

Airflow has a big effect on wicking, and it sounds like a wicking issue. A long slow gentle draw and a wide open airflow will result in less juice wicking to your coil. Experiment with how you puff, it can make all the difference.

Is it juice you're mopping up or condensate? I ask because condensation is a continual problem, no matter what kit you buy.
ETA: Ironically, the more you vape the less condensation you get.

+1 what markm - I use ( nearly ) only protank 2s with the airflow controller - and I always have the controller as open as possible - and I do vape a lot - but swap between flavours - so the protanks get their rest

I can vouch for the Silo Tank & Nautilus Mini when using Nautilus BVC coils. I've had both for just over a month & it has been leak-free so far The Silo does gurgle a little bit now and then when I have about 1ml or less left though, but that's been it.

Nautilus Mini for me. I have a lot of them and not a single leak in several months use.
When they sometimes gurgle I use a tip given on the forum. Sorry I can't remember who it was to give credit to.
Take tank off device, wrap in kitchen roll or tissue, shake vigorously several times. You'll find a wet patch on the paper. Refit tank and gurgle free vape.

against gurgling also helps to do a few short sharp puffs without pressing the button

I can say yes to the Nautilus mini. The original Nautilus was my mainstay for a good while, before I moved on. The Silo seems to be getting a lot of interest too.

There is a way to find out if the gurgling is caused by condensate or juice The next time you empty the tank dry everything off paying particular attention to the air tube and air control well refill the tank and leave overnight, if it gurgles on the first toke you'll know it's juice leaking If your clearo is leaking it is easily fixed by adding a small flavour wick above the fitted one
In my experience it is usually condensate that causes gurgling in clearos and I keep a pipe cleaner handy for mopping it up

In my experience everything gurgles sometimes - the medium and large sized Kanger tanks are very prone to gurgling as they get near the bottom - most issues can be treated by refilling and the old cover the drip tip and shake method (works with all bottom coiled devices).
I usually use Nautilus minis which don't to gurgle too much at all, although can occasionally have a fit where they spit some juice through the AFC and Silo tanks which don't like getting too empty I have to say.

On the other hand my pro tank 2 full size one gurgles and leaks so much i don't use it any more. I also have an iclear 16b and that has never leaked or gurgled either. Would really recommend the mini pro tank 2.

I've never had one single tank gurgle on me, not one. When I hear of a gurgling tank I can only ever rely on my common sense (don't mean squat to noone)
