Not sure I know what you mean @vince01i When you weigh the liquids do you do an all in one mix and keep a running total of the weight, or do you mix the liquids one at a time straight into your dropper bottle ? I would have thought that if you used a separate mixing vessel some liquids especially vg, would leave a residue that would throw your subsequent weighing out, or do you not need to be that accurate ?

A lot of concentrates benefit from the addition of 1 -2 drops/ml of sweetener, it's surprising how much difference a few drops of sweetener/sour/ smooth can make to a juice

Concentrates all have a drip spout so they get dropped straight into the mixing vessel on the scales. I fit these to my PG, VG and nic base and do the same with them. No syringes used at all so no faff or mess of trying to measure say 13.35ml in a syringe, just drop it in until it weighs 16.82g Yep syringes work but for me they make unnecessary work Dont you have problems with your mix sticking to your mixing vessel ?

I'm not sure about the vapers tongue, but since sampling some of my early attempts at mixing I've been thinking that seeing as the concentrates we use were originally intended for use in things like drinks, icings and fondants etc., there will already be a certain amount of sweetener added to the food so I've been going through my mixed juices adding a couple of drops/ml of sweetener and it does seem to help remove the bitter aftertaste in some and also improves the flavour as well. Seeing as I'm inexperienced at DIY I wouldn't like to recommend something that works for me but may not work for you, so maybe I shouldn't have bothered with this reply Anyway somebody who knows what they're talking about will be along soon to help you out I'm sure

Hi guys, I'm quite new to DIY and I was wondering if there would be any benefit to mixing stand alone juices and blending them rather than mixing the concentrates ? I bought some TFA flavours that have a distinct flowery aroma ( think pink toilet duck ), can I expect these to dissipate over time or am I better looking at another flavour house ? TIA

I'm vaping Toonz from Vape Inc, it's delicious and reminiscent of cough candy, I'm hoping I can mix something similar but include some fruit, we'll see

I've noticed that extracts tend to burn more than n.i. juices, they gunk the coils up quicker too

Up to now I've noticed aniseed, blackcurrant and red astaire lose some of their potency after a couple of weeks. Up to about 4 years ago I made my own fishing baits using flavours that were either identical or very similar to the flavours we use in juices and upon finally getting round to clearing them out I opened a couple of the bottles and there was a noticeable reduction in the aroma ( I obviously didn't taste test )

Tjuice afrodizziac is spot on. Thanks, I'm trying to reproduce an afrodizziac / toonz type juice, so I'm trying to avoid buying the originals
