nehctik book train tickets 12 weeks (or even a little later) before vape fest online (go to your train company's site rather than a train booking site) and you'll get them for a fraction of the price. I can get on the east coast - Aberdeen to Peterborough/south lincs for about £50 each way or even less (maybe £35?) if I book at the right time Hope that helps

No loud music after 10pm! That'll be a blessing. How long did that car blare its bass out last year? I shouldn't whinge, I didn't camp

Camping might be free, but I'm not the kind of Bren that camps! The £100 will be money well spent if it means not being a zombie all weekend.
Oh and I checked the train prices for twelve weeks time before moaning. Not 100% accurate of course, but usually a pretty good indication. The most expensive return for this weekend came to £555!
But I've woken up with a little more determination, why should I buy single tickets and change where National Rail tell me to? I'll sit down over the next few days and see what's what. I know I'll be able to get it down a little bit with a more indirect route, or even split ticketing the route they suggest.

Oh and when I said hotel, I meant pub. A pub that appear to allow vaping and are open until 2am on the Saturday. After party at 'mine'?

Its not always 12 weeks, its often 10 weeks and look for advance singles BrenD to get the cheapest prices I was really worried about camping last year - and I shouldn't have¬! it was far easier to socialise (drink) then wander off to your tent and fall into a deep sleep (a cross between pass out and coma!) I didnt sleep much. Next year I wont be putting tent next to social area -- some members partied to dawn

I'll be doing the same as last year, just coming up for the day on Saturday 07:07 from Euston via Crewe and back on something around 18:30 ish, let's hope it's drier than last year.
