probably depending on the battery size and the kind of atomizer in the package...

The battery is the same. What does the atomiser do ? 1 of the kits says glass ? 1 is reduced from £39.99 to 28.99 Sorry for all the questions It is on the website that Lainey gave me

well... the only time you will feel sorry, it will be for not asking all those questions you have in your mind...
the only difference they have is the atomiser in the offer package... almost all of them, are in the same category... easy to fill them, easy when it comes to change coils/resistances, lack of leakage...
now depending on the model of the atomizer, its appearance, the level of the stock of the e-shop it usually affects the price of the set...

Some e-liquids can crack tanks (lemon is one I think) so if you have a glass tank, you have no worries about it cracking (unless you drop it of course!)
Some evod atomisers have removable drip tips (EVOD 2 and EVOD glass), some are fixed (EVOD)
Single coil EVOD, dual coil EVOD 2 and EVOD glass
I think they are the main differences.

Dual coils are generally thought to give a better vape due to a larger surface area of the 2 coils, it is really personal preference, I wouldn’t get too hung up on it at the moment, either will be fine, I personally prefer single coils but another person may prefer dual.

The sheer variety of options and technical jargon is confusing as hell when you first start looking at vaping but just having someone show you how the thing works on video really helps. Plus you get a good idea of how they actually perform which you don't get just from reading specifications on a website.
