Have had no internet or even a landline for the last week, and doesn't it make you feel vulnerable. Relied solely on the mobile, and if I'd had a power cut, and couldn't charge it, what to do? What the hell did our parents, grandparents do? Probably because they usually all lived in the same village, and could keep in touch that way... but it scared me, as I had my tax return to submit and the deadline getting closer... but have just done that now, and AAEC was the second most important site to catch up on!  |

It does make you think & wonder, when cut off from the virtual world. Even worse when you only have candle light. Is a great excuse for some duvet time though.
