If High Voltage Mods have found that out and put it out there I'm sure it's reliable info. They make MODs for Full On Vapers who push suboHming limits!

So they can't build coils or they can't clean 510s ot they're using atties with connection problems, so they blame the DNA. Well who else they gonna blame?

All the problems I have had are not the board but everthing else around it, the atty, the coil, the 510 connection and me....!

I am using my DNA40 with my Erlkonigin and it is working perfectly. Coil is 0.16ohms, NI200, 28AWG, 10 wraps at 2.5mm. Vaping anywhere between 15w and 20w. No issues with mine since I got it at xmas.

Evolv have done an terrible job with information for owners and created the problems, but the board is brilliant. It may come from their mantra of making the simplest possible device to use, which is why you don't get delays, menus, sub-menus, puff counters, phone chargers, graphics, power profiles and all that other stuff you never used when you used to smoke.

"User friendly" I may of well agreed with this guys statement, "unreliable" not a chip, they either work or they don't, they don't guess. I think Evolv have done the best job they could within keeping the 510 and with the atty's on the market and think temperature is the way forward. Hopefully a few long meetings with some major mod and atomisers manufactures is happining now as thier electronics engineers need to talk to others, then hopefully it can all be brilliant....! Edit; yes agree again...! If I'm going vape the rest of my life then when the hobby side wears thin I want a simple set and fire device,I'm more than happy for a chip to do the work.

Just seen this on a highly respectable modders facebook page Just googled these guys. - Evolve DNA40 40 watt chip. - Fat Daddy Vapes V3 or Varitube spring loaded 510. - Anodized enclosure V3. (Silver, Blue, Red, Green) - Evolve USB Charger. From my own personal experience in red might be their "unreliable"

Am I right in thinking that the main purpose of temp sensing coils is to avoid dry hits? Seems handy for RDAs and RTAs but I don't see the point in clearomisers like the nautilus or subtank. I've never had a dry hit with them.
