Hey I've been having this problem too its very infrequent so having read this thread I am now reassured that it is the auto cut out that others have mentioned PHEW! However how long does the auto cut out normally last cos it happened on my way to work today and in it was more than 30 mins before I could use it again, I don't know exactly how long cos I was working

well thankfully Steve from ecigs sent me a new battery... but lost performance gradually over the week.. last night all 3 batteries had failed!...(i was due to send duff one back to steve)...however it was the charger!...my hubbie (an electronics man) took it apart and there was a loose wire with the faulty rubber bung inside...he has done a temporary repair but it wont last that long..
since then all 3 have fully charged and WOW...i am getting a great vape now....and Steve is sending me out a replacement charger...Great service
