Samsung Galaxy Tab 3?

Hi as some know I have a problem with my MVP holding its charge, The vendor wants me to make a video of it fully charged then again when it goes yellow then red, I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 but can't find how to turn on the timestamp on the video recorder so he can see the timings, Can anyone help please?

If you're referring to the on-screen timestamp I don't think the tabs have it unfortunately @vickywood

Your best option now is Google Play. Check through the apps there - there will be an app there with this facility

I can't figure out how to do it I have the samsung galaxy tab 3 and the samsung galaxy ace phone both with camera's but none with timestamps

I have a tab s and it dont have it, none of them do.
There's an app on play but it will cost you a fiver.

@vickywood You shouldn't need to take a video. If the MVP is broken, and it is within warranty then the vendor should accept to back and repair or replace. If it s not broken then they would be entitled to charge you for postage etc.

However the way around your video problem would be to put a clock or stop watch in the video

That could be a worn out usb charge port. Ive had that happen on a phone, it thinks its had a full charge but in actual fact its not charged fully. Its not until you start using it that it works it out and your battery seems to just drop right off.
Just a thought.

Ive had a terrible day he wanted timed proof when its full then yellow then red, I couldnt work out how to get the time onto video so I recorded it in front of the tv and turned on sky bar that has time and date when it was fully charged then will do same tonight when its yellow and again when red, when I tried to email it to him amazon wouldn't allow the attachment so I've just MMS it to him, bad day here grrrrrrr

Reckoning this is an Amazon Marketplace order... Can you give a link to the item ? It would be interesting to see the vendors return policy.
I think the vendor is entitled to request proof but if requesting a video that forces it outside of the amazon message system, which I think may be out of regs...
