OK - the key thing about Amazon Market Place returns policies is that they must be as stated here: www.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=1161010 - You can quote this if things become nasty. I would like to think that SmashingDealsDirect are reputable (I see no reason to think otherwise from what I've seen), and the only warning sign is that to see the returns policy you have to contact them. Do you have a copy of any returns policy amendments beyond standard Amazon that you can paste here?

I finally got the videos to him using Whatsapp, he can see at 1pm it was fully charged and 10 mins ago it turned yellow, watch this space lol

the vendor has accepted my video evidence and is replacing the unit he does not want me to send my unit back but to keep it as a spare, it lasts on average 7 hours which is not good for an MVP but ok for a spare, Thumbs up to SmashingDealsDirect hopefully everything will run smooth now lol my clearomizer died after a week but I bought new coils so thats fixed, new MVP unit on way, How much can happen to one person, Hopefully I can enjoy my vaping now xxxxx

Sending the videos with the charge colours and the time they lasted really helped, can't really argue with a video, he rectified it as soon as he viewed them, hubby said he thought at one stage i was gonna go buy stinkies as I was so stressed trying to send them lol I DIDN'T woohooooooo i'm over them

thanks tomj777 its been one thing after another since I bought the MVP, I'm wondering if maybe its a clone as the coil died then my battery problems started after a week yet the unit had a security sticker on it that checked out at Innokin....Do clones have false stickers that get verified?

Unless the algorithm for the security code validation has been leaked then I reckon that you've just been unlucky. Innokin products have a pretty good reputation. Don't be put off by this.
