I would think so the power block is 13 V, lets hope the have a decent balance charger that gives up balancing and a monitor on each cell to ensure one doesn't get too low as I don't think there are battery management systems that both up and down balance.

Up balance is charging all cells to the same lever, down balancing is discharging them all to the same level.
