Oh dear! Another person who has been sucked in by these studies on ecigs why don't they just say that regulation

^^^That line right there cost someone a lot of money. The WHO is blinkered and will not endorse vaping until it is completely safe, which it can never be, we accept that. It does not however even state that it is better for you than smoking.

Quit what? Nicotine that's on the same sort of danger risk as caffeine or smoking. If it's smoking then there's only a few million of people that now vape rather than smoke???

Slippy slope, they're couching it in the 'think of the chillun' trope terms, limiting sales to over 18s. The more concerning bit is 'we'll be looking into other controls', which is politicianspeak for 'softly softly catchy monkey'. Go for the less disputable targets first (under 18 sales), then expand to another area ("too many chillun are getting ecigs from adults so we have to limit that too").
