Surprised how neat and well made when inside. But are they worth repairing/re-batterying, think not

Found some Samsung 25Rs with tabs from a trusted supplier these would do the VaporShark or iStick admirably. Edit: not so sure about the room in the VaporShark as the Turnigy ones are 58 mm x 15 mm, not 65 mm x 18 mm. Thanks for postin that link. Off topic but of interest, why is it not recommended to solder direct to the batts is it a heat issue???

It's my personal opinion as it's very hard to solder to steel on 18xxx batteries you could get them far too hot and tabbed ones are available that seller ecolux has a good range. Re your name: do you have a mate call orgo?

Re your name: do you have a mate call orgo? Cheers for that. Tried it one time posi end was a breeze other than the risk of solder running and shorting the batt. Neg end was impossible, was convinced it was going to blow up. Never again. Re your name: do you have a mate call orgo? Yes I have a work colleague in bloody hell with that name. Well spotted lol.

I was just interested what was inside, and how easy it would be. But by the time it needs a new battery, there will be others that are better and probably cheaper on the market. Thanks for the replies. I'm sure they will be helpful if and when the time comes.
