My last mixology batch included some rhubarb and custard, a mix that works a treat. Stocks of ready to vape being low, after 3 weeks steeping this one looked ready go to, so into the subtank it went. Argh! Tasted of ass. Well, burny taste, if burned ass is something you can imagine. Off to the warming cupboard you go, 30ML bottle. I'm hoping with age it improves and gets less ass, like a harsh young wine that turns into a classic. Have you made a mix that tasted awful on first toot but improved immensely with age?

Not sure I know what ass tastes like. As an old fart Iv'e been arround, Traveled to more countries than I can name or remember, and slept with some very dodgy women. still don't know what ass tastes like! Dave please educate me.

my diy mix of 'custardy love child' now THAT tastes of ass.....I just get sour stale curdled milk from it? mixed on 11th Jan, it'll get lots of time to brew as its horrible right now ???

Hehe archiecat. I've been working with a lady from Merica, and think some of the colonial has rubbed off onto me. (Not in that way, grab the mind bleach) "Tastes of ass!" indeed.

My worst experience wasn't in mixology but wicking, but I bet the same applies. Had a lovely hot Indian curry full of onion, then went on to rewick a coil with rayon. Unfortunately it didn't taste of curry (that would have been ossum), but of onion. The CLOUDZ stank of onion. I wash thoroughly before wicking or making juice now

  Mr Lairey just says to me "you talking to your weirdo mates again?"  He includes me in that weirdo group, so 95% of the time, my answer is a simple "yes"

Once I explained to 'him indoors' that when I'm wildly laughing to my PC monitor its because my friends are inside it and we're all having a 'coffee morning/gathering' he's been a little more understanding. He at least seemed to accept I wasn't a -raging alkie - drinking alone, saddo!

About 3-4months I leave my Rhubarb & Custard for Dave . . . then it's lush.
