Just before Christmas, a friend of a friend liked the look of my Riva. So feeling all inspired, instead fo askign me where to get them, she went to google and got presented with this site .... www.steamlite.co.uk/Ever heard of them ? Everyoen shes bought them for has been doing very well it seems, but the price of replaceing the atomisers and carts is starting to get a bit expensive. So she asked me if they were refillable, I told her yes and told her how to do it. Showed her a few juice places and she put an order in for a couple for them to try. She then told me she had been mainly buying the people atomisers, and going through a few a day, hence why she wanted to know if they could be refilled. She had one that she was going to send back because she was told it didnt work, so I said i'd take a look, with my huge wealth of knowledge behind me (you guys ) I was bound to be able to find out what it was, and then maybe we could find somewhere cheaper for her to buy from. So I got it home today, managed to get the cover off and found out there was no filling inside it or liquid guess that explains why it doesnt work lol surely thats not normal is it ??? Those other people who claim 120 puffs per cartridge at least include some liquid in it. If you can get 120 puffs of this thing they should make a bloody fortune! Can you take a look at the piccy and let me know if you recognise the size and fitting and where to get spares from? Thanks everyone (pictured next to a silver boge 510 cartomiser for comparison) The atomiser does have some lettering on it saying N120105

It looks like a rebranded KR808D-2.
Suppliers like this deliberately choose non-standard threads to get people to buy their cartridges repeatedly.

I'm not feeling confident about these guys ... I was looking for their contact details, address or phone number and clicked on the reliability and security link ....

It would be better for her to just get a standard 510 battery and the entire market and choices opens out to her. If she still wants something like a analogue cigarette I can only recommend the KR-808 D1 which I have been using for the past 15 days. Unfortunately the twin pack 280 mah is out of stock at safercigs but they are still doing the single 180 mah blister pack. www.safercigs.co.uk/Starter_Kits_Under__20/cat705284_931171.aspxI would just buy 2 of those with a 808 to 510 adapter for £2.50.

Yes I agree it would, but I don't think that will happen. She's 3 starter kits in the hole and all for family, not her. She just wants to find somewhere cheaper (if possible) to get the bits from...
It was me who was shocked there was no filler and the website sucks lol

The filler probably fell off the cartridge. Because it screws on to an atty one end of it is basically just open. If you get a new one you'll find the wadding in there. She could get this: lecig.com/D2D1A.aspxand then buy empty 808d-1 carts and eliminate the atty altogether. See this vid and you can then be certain if it is a D2 before advising her further.

Jemima, I am sorry..I just had a look at your piccy again and I realised that I have been giving you wrong info. It just dawned on me that the photos were of the Carts. Just ignore whatever I have said in my previous posts, cause there is no way that could be a 808. It looks more like a X4.

my fault should of made it clearer lol
The orange one is the one im tryin to findout what it is, it is an atomiser with a very long plastic cover over it instead of inside it. The silver is a boge 510 carto of mine for comparison.

I should know this Jem . . . the best I can come up with is the RN4081 Super Mini, with no degree of certainty though.

Looking at the site the batteries look very much like a traditional 510 model. If you can try a 510 cartomiser on it and it doesn't work I'd assume it's a RN4081 model which is much tougher to get gear for. It would be easier to get an RN4081 - 510 converter piece than it would be to get 4081 gear I think :/ RN4081 is a 510 connection with the polarity reversed if I remember right. Edit: crossed posts with you guys, I concur, RN4081

Mind you, the price on thier (Steamlite) cartos doesn't look that bad - £25 for 25 prefilled cartos. So if the ends are popoffable (they look like they prob are), they could maybe just refill them?
It'll be replacing the batteries every 4 weeks or so that costs em.

Thats sorta what i was thinking Flim, it was the postage of £15 a pack that was the worst bit of it. I figured they prob built up quite the collection between them now so maybe with the juice I got her to order they will have enough to last till the batterys die, then I can get them to the right places lol
It's def not a 510 connection cos my 510 is tiny compared to it.
