Kind of like covonia cough medicine. I know that sounds disgusting but it's really nice

Try Tjuice afrodizziac, if you like it you can get the concentrate if you get into mixing so it's really cheap

Afro is a really bold juice not too dissimilar to cough medicine, I have it ive tried it but it's a bit too bold for me as an ADV.it is nice though if you like strong juices

Vapemunki's Spider Venom and Digbys Hooligan also have that medicinal flavour to them

Neither of which are terribly cheap however

Spider venom is a mad flavor, can't work out if its quite nice or horrendous, really strong either way
