I have a bit of a question about the DNA40 board. As above I have a clone version and just started to use it today. I don't have any ni200 wire so screwed on my mini nautilus just to give it a try. Certainly lots of power, the lowest watts is 7 so started there and worked up. The display showed a 1.95 ohm coil, but strangely it also shows a temperature of 365F while firing. If I hold it for too long it says over tempAs far as I know the nautilus coils aren't ni200 are they? Why would it show a temperature if that was the case? I can only see the temperature while firing. Once the button is released it reverts back to 0v 1.95ohm and the wattage set. Is this normal for these units?
I also tried the normal Hana instructions of pressing the up down buttons at the same time to change the settings and nothing happens. The instructions that come with the unit are not worth the paper they are written on and say they apply to the DNA30/40/50. Is there such a thing as a DNA50 board? So this thing seems to not conform to normal DNA40 rules.

If its the same as the normal. Lock it with 5 clicks. Then hold both up and down for 10s or so. Then scroll up to 600F and one more and should say temp control OFF. Hope that helps bud

Tried that Tom, but nothing seems to change. Maybe a crap unit. The five clicks bit works, but not the temp change.
