It really IS a great outing, if members can do it, either/both or all weekend. Please do¬! It's especially suitable this coming year as - as a forum - we are funding own display tent, so that new members wont get lost in the melee. Its a really interesting and informative weekend and most of all - its FUN! I really am looking forward to seeing AAEC members - and other vapers  |

acch!!! it'll be fabulous  fret not. Just chucking some camping chairs out and offering a meeting spot will have 95% of us thrilled, its a mellee and knowing theres a random spot to walk in and play 'hunt the AAECer members' will suffice? Obviously if its lacking chairs -- I'd rather not flake out in the mud... I s'pose i could pack my wellies |

I've been doubtful whether I could make this years VF . . . half the store seems to have that week off on holiday.  My Plan B was to see if it was doable by train and travel up super early on the Saturday morning, missing our Friday night Booze Fest.  But! My ever reliable chauffeur had done it jess . . . though it was looking highly unlikely until today. Tried consoling myself that at least I wouldn't be hanging on the Saturday, which didn't work really. I'm used to doing VF with a banging hangover now. |

Thank goodness you wangled it & you can now have your regular amount of booze, safe in the knowledge that you'll be carried guided back to the hotel.
