@spikeyfridge You do realise that I will not arrive at Vapefest until 10.00.am on the Saturday.

I assume that AAEC marquee will be up & ready for business / visitors. ?

Will need table to put "Dee`s" condolences book on.

I know it`s still some time away, but wish to be clear, what I need to do.

Will be up and running by 6am ! There is a seating plan somewhere on here and plenty of room for the book. I'll get some spare pens whilst I think of it!

We are in a social area close to vendors. And folk may scoff but im bloody proud of everyone for pulling together and making the effort to make this work! Well done all off us!!!
