Vaporshark dna30 ...dead?

Vaporshark was working fine earlier and I thought it was fully charged. I absentmindedly clicked fire button 5x and next time I picked it up there was no sign of life so I plugged in charger and red light illuminates but no light on fire button. Tried on a tank, no firing and blank display screen

I've tried the 5 clicks and hold down fire button and minus button --- in case I'd put into stealth mode, I've tried clicking and holding and combination of holding buttons and its doing nothing (bar power charge light working) Any ideas, i'm really hoping i've just done something dumb, and its not dead

How old is it ?

Could it be time for a new battery, not sure where you'd get one mind

How long have you charged it for, not sure if they work in pass thru mode as never tried.

Sounds like its killed the battery. i changed the battery in one last week that did the same. when i tested the battery it only had 0.35v and wouldn't recharge so changed it and is now fine.

It's been on charge over an hour and I've just checked and I can't vape through whilst its charging --- which is really bloody ominous

I have no idea of its age, it was a classifieds buy. I cant even tell what length of time you would expect from the battery but I cant get a day from it, I cant get half a day - but I do chain vape and normally stick it on charge whilst i'm watching TV and have a toke or 3 on it until its green light for go

vaporsharks don't have pass through. ill bet it is the battery. i used to be a vaporshark vendor and have seen many do this. Unfortunately i used my last spare bat last week.

I don't think sourcing a replacement battery will be an issue

....what I don't have is skills, a soldering iron or the guts balls gumption to do it myself. I may start a calling and begging soon, am hoping it'll fire to life (i'm an eternal optimist)

I'm even mega peeved as vapetronix had them in at £79 and I didn't buy one, thinking "aha! don't fall into that trap of liking something so much you buy in bulk...." and now I want more of them!

my clouper mini is good but i'm fed up to the back teeth of having to find a screwdriver to alter the 510 connection as every single one of my tanks needs readjusting (even two of the same make?)

Well if its dead i can pop a new board in for you as its a cheaper option than buying the whole thing.
