hi all need advice with kanga subtank with mvp20w

hi fairly new to vaping tried the pen types thought waste of time after trying a few ive settleld on the kanga subtank mini using the 1.2 ohm coil with the mvp20w base unit set at 19.

ive struggled to find flavours that are flavourable enough ! quite like mystic menthol but have settled on union jaxx (black jacks flavour) still yet to find another i like.
any suggestions are welcome.(using 6mg nictonine atm and buy everything from IFancyOne in Tamworth who have been very good but a feel im bothering them a little to much so thought id ask questions this way from actual users )

i like the flavour to be as strong as poss not bothered about cloud effect

another question being on the subtank it has 3 airflow settings i realise that it obviously easier to breath in on wide setting and less so on one hole but cant make my mind up which setting gives more flavor i thin poss 1 hole and then less cloud ,as wide setting is more cloud but cant make my mind up if flavour any different !!
what are your views  ?

Also which settings are best to use on mvp20w watts or volts as i say on 19w atm how does altering these watts effects the out come flavour wise ?

Sorry for all the questions ,but all input would be welcome (i suffer from mental health conditions so stuggle with face to face situiations so thought this would be worth a try )

All answers are only my experience so maybe not everybody's so....

I find smaller airflow = more flavour.

Less power = often more flavour unless you go too low then the vape is poor. I used the 1.2ohm head in my subtank at 12 - 15w on my ipv2 but only use the 0.5ohm head at around 19w now.

There are so many juice retailers out there that it is hard to recommend one in particular. I use www.health-e-vape.co.uk as they can make up any ratio you like and add extra flavour if required. I have reviewed quite a few of their juices in the review section on here.

If it's the strength of the flavour rather than the type of flavour you have issues with maybe try joosejuice.co.uk.
Their juices come in a choice of standard,medium and strong.
Their 10ml tester bottles are only £1.49 so could be worth giving a couple of their juices a try with the strong option see if that suits.
Or maybe have a go at mixing your own that way you can make the flavour as strong as you like.

It may be different for others but my own sweetspot with the subtank mini is 25-30watts.
A cooler vape to me is more muted flavour wise, i like it warm but not hot.

Hi Russ, have you considered making your own? It's really easy, cheaper and you can add as much flavour as you want.

You're not useless until you have failed miserably dozens of times. You are just new to it. Take small steps at first. Get to know which flavours you like before you even consider mixing your own.

It's a fairly large learning curve.

If you have recently quite smoking youll probablly find as your taste buds get back to 100% your flavour sensations will improve.

The problem with flavours is that what suits one person may not be for another. For example, loads on here rave over "custard" but to me it is putrid.
So go for what you like, same with settings and differtent gear.......it's all a case of "suck it and see" That's part of the fun of vaping.

Your welcome mate, take things at your own pace, took me nearly a year of vaping before I tried it.

If/when you decide to give it a try, something like this is all you need really

Starter kit

and maybe a couple of bottles of Flavour Art "Black Jack Vintage" flavouring (one of my faves)

When you say putrid, do you find it can taste a bit...eggy, or is it just me?

Would like to find a vanilla/custard type flavour I like but have really gone off it recently..much prefer my peppermint or aniseed type vapes.

Sort of a mix of egggy and far too sickly for my palate. Usually into fruits and some baccy, but have got some Spearmint conc coming, so will be having a play when it arrives.
