My best friends mum is a vaper, currently on a vamo and just upgraded to a nautilus mini from ce5 clearo's, she said how she wasn't getting much vapour from it and a guy in a localish vape shop told her she may need more power, so I let her try it on my ipv2x on 15w then 20w then 30w and of course it put out more vapour. So she said she'd like to upgrade her battery (meaning mod, shes not too tech savy). I figure with a mini nautilus or even an atlantis 30w should be sufficient right?
So my question is, which bod/mod would you guys recommend as I see quite a few, ipv mini, the sigelei mini, istick 30 etc. She has a intended budget of £45ish and while may wait for china shipping would prefere sooner rather than later.
So fire your recommendations away please.

the kanger box is cheap n cheerful addition to the list. The isticks are great mods but ultimately there going to be a throw away device. The others have the advantage of battery replacement.

istick 50 watt from, jesus why you asking technical questions at this time, ah right remembered from myepack cheapest in uk about 40 quid, pair it with a mini subtank 25 quid and you have a sub ohm and a rebuildable for 65 quid, bargain, my mrs is now complaining about the clouds, hasn't for the last 3 years lol

It's going to take a few weeks yet for China to return to normal after their holidays, so a UK purchase is likely to be quicker: iStick 50w . . . myepack.co.uk/mods/istick-50w.htmlistick 30w . . . myepack.co.uk/istick-30w.htmlThe advantages to me for these devices if you intend to sub ohm, there's no concerns whether your replaceable battery is suitable, even if they're long term a throwaway.

Agree with perp istick's are nice and easy and either 30 or 50w would be more then enough for her they are so user friendly perfect for less experienced vapers or people that just want a minimum hassle vape .

Showed her the options and pro's and cons of each and she likes the sigelei, given she's using 1.8ohm coils and max wattage of 30, will she be ok using her red efests, I don't know which specific efest she has, just that they are 1500mah 18650s.

+1 for the istick 30. Just got my mum one in pink and she loves it. Might even get myself one for work!

.....will she be ok using her red efests, I don't know which specific efest she has, just that they are 1500mah 18650s. I'd say ditch the efests. Two ratings on the net - 10Amp and 8.8Amp - not enough for 30Watts on a regulated mod. This can be confirmed by an alibaba rating of 15Amps, which may seem strange. But they often quote the pulse rating as the maximum continuous - so take that as 7.5 Amps. One other thing - battery life. These are OLD batteries and although they store well if they're well used they'll be tired. Get a Samsung 25R or two and be safe
