So I discovered at 8am this morning I did my shop there because I wasn't going to face the bus to Lidl & Mr T at 8am with the commuters to other place enroute.... I got my receipt - you would have been 55p cheaper elsewhere - or you could have earned 550 match & more pointsTalk about sly ways to earn customer loyalty! - I would email the chief exec but from emailing them in the past about not being able to vape in there I know it's a waste of time and energy Better off going to Specsavers (and yes they had something come up at the till more expensive than the labelled price. They did that to me twice last week when just popping in for hair slides and yoghurt! SCAMMERS!!!!) Maybe this should be on MSE (moneysavingexpert)....I don't know? Jane

I am not keen on Morrisons mainly cos 'Mr Irresponsible - Yet to grow up (40+)' buys his snacks there! Hence my personal intolerence I'm also an Aldi (if I'm cycling)/Lidl (if not) fan jackcustard and I have a soft spot for a certain medium sized tesco on the commuter route - but then I have the luxury of changing my supermarkets when I feel like it So I do!

The Morrisons where I live is as dull as dishwater and expensive, Lidle and Asda are my most used shops. Sister in law thought that it was a bit common when I mentioned it recently, and said that I'd be using Pound shops next! FFS sake. Informed her that I often use them, yes, youv'e got it she's a total c...

Morrisons have been bashed a lot recently, but I have to admit their meat and bakery products are far superior to aldi/lidl/tesco/asdas we have here in Airdrie. I don't shop there often, but when I do it's mainly for meat/bread and croissants for her indoors. Aldi/Iceland/farmfoods do for the rest.
That being said, still can't beat a traditional butcher/baker for bread and meat so morrisons aint much to me (except my most guilty pleasure, a remnant of childhood - vesta chow mein)
