If it was bought in the uk you have your statutory rights.
And I think at least a year to get a replacement.
Many state you only have x amount of time but if its a uk seller they need to comply with uk law.

Hi simmons and welcome to the forum. Push for the replacement, UK law clearly states that as it's not fit for purchase, you have reasonable rights to a like-for-like replacement within 6 months, no matter what they say. If the vendor refuses, the answer is simple - take your business elsewhere, and make them aware that they have broken the law, and that you will be naming and shaming on your favourite forum  |

Thank you all again for your welcome. I have emailed them again about the problem i have and they have agreed for me to send the istick back  . I wanted to get another mod before i had to send my current one away as i know i wouldnt be able to go like a week without it. Really dont wanna have to put another smelly stick in my mouth. |
