Pay attention to what you are doing, if you remove the cover to drip make sure you put it back on before attempting to take a toot. Burnt lips make drinking tea really awkward.

Don't make the same mistake as me. Never forget to drip! Twelve months buying drippers couldn't figure out why everyone raved about them until I realised I had to drip every couple of toots. Doh

Buy a decent ohm reader and use it before firing your dripper on a battery - best advice ever!!!

I have also got into dripping in the evenings (in fact I have just retrieved my Tobh dripper with a twisted wire single coil from my secret vaping drawer where I keep all the things that my OH shouldn't ever see!). I have recently mixed some juice at 6mg - a first for me!- and I find it's plenty strong enough if I drip it. I have discovered a few other things too:- 1) twisted wires are so effective for dripping - they have more contours for the juice to contact the coil, and although the juice gets vapourised more quickly, like jackcustard I find I use less. 2) my MVP3 has revolutionised my dripping. I can't get a Kayfun with a 1ohm coil to fire without burning at anything above about 12W, but the drippers really start delivering at 16ohm or more. 3) Strong flavours really can be too strong if you are dripping at a higher wattage. They almost become sickly, so beware of mixing at too high a ratio - that's only my opinion, you understand. 4) I no have to clean my computer screen a bit more often, but I blame that on the higher VG content of the juice! 5) If you haven't yet got a decent dripper, get yourself along to Fasttech and buy a Magma, a Plume Veil or a Mephisto (to name a few!) and get twisting that wire - you will be amazed at the improvement in flavour that you get. 6) Dripping isn't for everyone - if you don't want to faff around with dripping every few puffs, and just want something that you can fill once a day and vape on, get yourself a nice big tank. It has to be worth a try for a fiver though . . .

Chyk thanks for long thought out post and everybody else's replies....
I was hoping to create a bank of knowledge for newbies like me as we don't have much (or I couldn't find) a general RDA post/thread/section.
I've got a magma at the moment... Loving it. Is there a trick to keeping or cutting down on condensation in the top cap? Or is there a dripper that is good at holding it up there?
I'm finding the magma seeps out of the threads a little...
What's the trick to a smoother, more flavoursome vape?
More airflow and watts?
I'm at about 15 watts with a 1.5 ohm single coil on the second single hole...

In brief, as I still have planning to complete for tomorrow (!) - build a much lower coil circa. 1ohm, and open that baby right up, and maybe up the watts a bit too. If it gets suddenly foggy in Leeds, my work is done!
EDIT: sorry, selfish post that doesn't answer your questions! The increased airflow will dissipate the condensation to a degree, and a hotter vape with more vapour being pulled faster through the device will give you a more flavoursome vape. You could experiment with different ratios of juice too, this will have quite a marked effect on the flavour and vapour production.

Wow cheers. Thinking of the plume veil confused with the options of ether v 1.5 or v 2 and what the A's and B's mean. Cant see much of a difference only price

Some good information here. I never thought about utilising my old .2 kanthal to make some twisted for experimenting with. Thanks
