Okay I think I have come to the conclusion that I should start mixing my own. I have enough hardware now that I am happy with. I have been around here for a while now but have always avoided that mixing section. I know there is a wealth of information there and on the odd occasion that I have looked in bye I just get confused and leave. So the question is how easy is it? I look at kits that offer sample flavours in with the price and others that don’t and what do you actually need to start? Must be my age or something but every time I look in to it I just get confused. I think I’m over thinking it.

Very is the answer! I have been mixing for 12 months or so with varying degrees of success. The easiest way to start is with one shot concentrate. These are pre-mixed concentrates you simply add the required amount of nic, vg and pg. To calculate the amount you need download the potv juice calculator or similar.
I have just done 7x 50ml bottles using pink-spot concentrate from chefs vapour and am very impressed. To make 50ml you use the whole 10ml bottle (20%) and I wanted 6mg at 50:50 so added 5.5ml of pg, 54nic base 25ml of vg and 9.5 pg. Sounds harder than it is - the app works it all out.
best place to get pg and vg is ebay. 1 litre is about £5.

Chefs Vapour are probably the best place to get your concentrates, they have the best range and brilliant service, look out for the special prices on their Rebranded range, excellent value and most of them are quite strong (so less makes more)

Went for the everything liquid kit so will finally be able to find out what Capella custard tastes like. So do I need sweeteners and vodka and stuff to get going?
