Just recived a order from Chefs, included was a english toffee flavor from LorAnns, i didn't know it came in a small 3.7ml dram bottle(durr me).
Anyone have experience in using this flavor? what sort of % should it be used at?

If my memory serves me right I think that Perpetua might just use (or possibly may have used in the past) this concentrate so... hopefully she'll be able to help??

Guilty as remembered Di! 20% works for me . . . though it's quite a dry flavour ( but very nice I think ) so 1% sweetener helps soften that. Plus I'd consider maybe adding 1% or 2% vanillin for some extra creaminess.

So i paid normal concentrate price for 3.7ml that has to be used at 20%? i was thinking maybe it should be used at around 5% for the price for 3.7ml.

I've used this too, and IIRC the flavour was not exactly intense! 20% rings a bell, probably due to Perpetua's advice, and a bit of EM or Vanillin will soften the rather harsh toffee flavour. The diddy little bottle does seem a bit steep!

Sent Chefs a email this morning explaining my issue, got a reply this evening, they refunded me for the Dram bottle and are changing the description on the website to make this clear.
