Hi ... Just seen on Chef Vapours a new concentrate Rice Pudding... they have mixed it at 12%... I'm thinking of adding a hint of Strawberry ... Has anyone tried CCW's Strawberry Jam??? Agree with grantgranger, Capella's sweet strawberry is my go to strawberry for mixes. And 3% sounds like a good starting point too mike weaver93

I like TPA Strawberry but either two would be fine for this. I'd definitely go with 3-4% to give a nice subtle strawberry in your rice pudding. I received some of the rice pudding concentrate yesterday and it smells lovely. I'll probably try mixing some of it up tomorrow. Let us know how your mix goes mike weaver93.

I would try mixing just a 5ml tester of rice pudding on it's own though, just to see

Having not tried it yet I'm not sure how creamy the rice pudding is, but I'm sure 1% Vanillin and 1% Sweetener would do no harm.

I have Cap Sweet Mango 10% I'm ordering Creamy Coconut from FW.... along with Rice Pudding.. however Capella's Horchata is magnificent.. similar to rice pudding at 7% Creamy Coconut at 4%??? thanks

I'd experiment with the coconut mate, as I find most coconut concentrates can dominate a mix. You could try a few testers with different coconut ratios until you find what's right for you. I'd start at 2% and work my way up.
