orders a kraken genesis last Thursday from eBay came today just got in from work taken it out the bubble wrap style envelope it came in to be greeted by one very battered looking box ;(
opened it up to find a very big crack straight down the glass tank. really think they should post them abit more responsibly as the posties arnt going to be able to know its a fragile parcel !!

Make a claim against the seller to get your money back.
It is the sellers responsibility to ensure it is packed correctly and to claim against royal mail.
I once sold a motorcycle exhaust and packed it really well but the courier beat the crap out of it and i had to give the buyer his 500 quid back.

All sorted now replacement glass sourced as they was out of stock of replacements and been refunded the difference was abit annoyed at first as it was my first rba and wanted to get started with rebuilding lol never mind I'll just have to be patient ????

Greg is right, it really is better to buy from a reputable vendor rather than ebay. Especially as ebay banned the sale of all e-cig related items, over 5 years ago.

If You Get Stuck, I've Got a Spare Here (Ordered at Same Time as I Got My FT Kraken as I Did n't Wanna Be in the Position You're In!  ) Only Caveat is...It's a Bit Loose Fit on My Kraken So Have n't Actually Filled Tank Using it!!! And not only was my replacement glass from FT a loose fit requiring slightly bigger O rings, it was also nearly 2mm too long. I had to grind it down on a diamond plate to allow the top cap to fit back on. |
