Smokestack sub vc1 tank

i bought the smoker I sub vc1 twnk the other day but it leaks really badly from the top and bottom of the glass th connections are tight, even undone the top one it's like there isn't any silicone protecting it anyone else coming across this. 
Might have to call myepack

I'd definitely give em a ring, shouldn't be pissing juice out like that.
Ring in afternoon is best.

It's been getting worse over past week since I got it but it's the best tank I have ever used to reluctant to lose it

There should be 2 spare o rings in the box.
in case the ones on the tank are missing

I looked couldn't see a vc1 but eyes not what they were and I'm looking for another tank before may so like options. While your here myepack are you going to get the subtank plus in when they release it? love those subtanks .
