Basic Flavourless Mix

Hello Mixologists  I'm about to begin trying  a little DIY Juice Making!!! I have 54mg Nicotine a bottle of Boots VG and quite a few Flavourings.
What I'm looking for is how to make a basic 12/16mg Flavourless Base so I can mix up some small batches using it as my starting point. Any guides or links would be great

To make 12 (or 16) mg/ml flavourless e-liquid you need 2.2 (or 3.0) ml of your 54mg/ml nicotine base per 10ml of flavourless eliquid (the rest being your dilutent e.g. your VG and/or PG).

Is your nicotine base in PG or VG? (If it's in PG you'll have made a 30/70 PG/VG mix)

To make the Boots VG more manageable and to help wicking (it's very viscous) some add purified water or vodka to slightly dilute it.

Don't forget any flavourings that you add to a base mix will also alter your PG/VG ratios as well as the nic strength, so take that into account with your calculations keepitgoin.

Thanks guys, I was just not feeling confident, but now I've got my head a round Postmodern Smoking advice and checked out the calculators I'll have a go!!
