They are low on safe amps limit, but safe for anything up to 15 watts on a 1.5 ohm coil. I use them in my squonker and they work fine chrisjw . They are just about at their limit for continuous power output, but for pulse type use (vaping) they are working at about half their capacity as regards amps limit. They were all I ever used in my Vamo days VapingBad

Samsung 25R is only 20Amp continuous.
Those Pannies are only 3.4Amp continuous so on a regulated mod they're safe to 8.5Watts. Also they're unprotected ICR, so will flame if they vent.
More and more peeps seem to be sailing very close to the wind.

People are saying don't use these batteries at all.
I have four of them. They were the recommended battery for EVIC and also usable in SID and VAMO.
How many stories (worldwide) have we heard about these going bad?
£14.19 for two is a joke price though.
I would not recommend them... not with other batteries available.

They're showing the e-fest 18650 20A ones as 18mm diameter, but I've just tried one in my Squonker & it's very tight......The grey Panasonics are 18.15mm & they slide in easy............

It`s all about Ohms and Watts, they are absolutely fine in the squonker. Flat out it is drawing just over 3 amps. They have a safe continuous rating of 3.4 amps and 6.8 for pulse. They are often misused with lower ohm coils and higher watts than advised. The minimum resistance coil you can put on the squonker is 1.5 ohms.
At 15 watts
At 9 watts

I have the NCR18650B 3400 mAh down as max continious discharge of 6.8 A and max charge 3.4 A, could be wrong as the Panasonic spec sheet doesn't give a figure, though 6.8 A seems to be the commonly quoted figure. chrisjw the CGR are better at 10 A, got 10 of the buggers when first went below an ohm. If you are getting new ones VTC4, 25R LG HE2 or 3 and some of the AWT 2500 mAh are all good.
