OK so this has turned into a witch hunt on me - fine if that's the way you all want to be.

I'm NOT a prude, and I understand the medicinal uses of marijuana, I was TRYING to protect our beloved forum from the type of people who would love to see vaping classified as smoking (or worse).

My initial post was an attempt to keep things a little safer, hence why I then suggested that the title be changed, had it said Mary Jane rather than marijuana it would be less likely to ring alarm bells with the 'do-gooder' police.

You will notice that none of the 'reputable' retailers call it marijuana, they all use a pseudonym for the same reasons.

I am VERY disappointed at the admin attitude to this as I was only 'watching their backs' because they cant be here 24/7, in future people can say what they like, sell what they like and do what they like, I dont care anymore.

Q... I've been in this position, where for all best intentions, threads suddenly go pear shaped.

Q I don't see a witch hunt here, you obviously have strong opinions as do other people. Some of the posts have been less than helpfull but essentially everyone has the right to express their opinion.

Personally I cannot abide or endorse illegal drug use, however this is merely a flavoured liquid not the actual drug itself.

I think the fact that we have an open debate on this is actually good, take care, regards, Paul.

Thing is it's not your place to dictate what others can and can't post. If you think a post is in bad taste the best course of action is to report it then admin can act or advise you of there decision not to act. That's what the report function is for 
if you view people openly disagreeing with your point of view and then express disappointment at admin because your view isn't accepted then perhaps consider using report in future 

if you post contentious views then you have to accept some flak in return.

As I have stated many times this is public domain, it is also policed by an American company who are VERY strict about what is & isn't posted on their forums.

Yes but the forum founder stated in this thread 3 hours ago that there wasn't a problem in her view, accept it and move on even if you don't agree with it
