Hi so isabel22 technically it's not in stock and it was a waste of money upgrading shipping to get here quicker I think this the problem where you do flash sales of items that are not in stock thanks pj

If you have flash sales or any sales, it is perfectly possible to change the webpage to "Out of Stock" or "Backorder" automatically as soon as the last one has been sold. Many vapers are getting really tired of this tactic to get more sales without thinking about your customers. On another point, when we go to the EU warehouse page we do not want to see the other prices from China or US or anywhere else. This changed recently. It used to be only the EU warehouse price which was a much better way to do it.

Last, here is a hot tip, the EU warehouse will have 2 days off in 27-28th during the holiday, so the order may delay 2 days then. Merry Christmas to all friends and wish you enjoy the time with your family.

Isabel Gearbest is a really good company too purchase from, but I think the the part where item show as in stock, and are really not in stock is bad & misleading, your boss must see that 90% of complaints are due too this. If they sort this issue out in 2016 and just get the web people to use simple stock counters on the website, then I am sure this would make everyone happy.

I dont really see the problem isabel22 . Your flash sales and normal sales all have the same SKU number for the same item. It will all be counted on the computer in one place. If you haven`t got it, then dont sell it as in stock, as soon as the item goes out of stock then change the status to "backorder" wherever the SKU number is being sold. You should realise that you lose customers when they buy something that really isn`t in stock. My point about the EU warehouse is that you go to an item on the EU warehouse page but when you click the EU flag, the price usually goes up. It did not do this when the EU warehouse listings first started, the price showing on the EU warehouse page was the price you paid. We all understand the reasons for an increased price for EU warehouse item. EU warehouse customers do not want to see 3 or 4 different flags (and prices) on the EU warehouse pages. We just want to see the EU price on the EU page. You have already lost a lot of customers because they do not trust your ordering system. Many will never return to Gearbest because of the frustration felt by them when weeks are added to the shipping time because the item is out of stock.
THIS IS THE ONE THING THAT REALLY HURTS GEARBEST`S REPUTATION AS A SELLER.
If it was fixed, most vapers would come to Gearbest FIRST to buy a particular mod

The system to show stock sometimes shows the date at which the item is expected to arrive at the start but when the item has ran out of stock then it does not show the changes, which is being upgraded soon so it can show that automatically. And the EU warehouse problem,the web programmers have been told about it Hope the tech depart can upgrade the bug soon. Another important resistance is that ecig is one of the part on gearbest. The vapor.gearbest.com belongs to www.gearbest.com, so this would be difficult to change something for ecig But we still report the problem to the leader, hope they can focus on those advice.
