 EU warehouse page now working as it should, set your country and currency before closing your browser and presumably it creates a cookie, whether you sign in or not  When you click on a different warehouse flag, the price shows immediately without taking you to a new page. |

As per usual Q, website states ships in 3-5 days, isabel22 in her post states 5-10 days. New year at GB not looking any better than any other year. Another reason, why at the moment, I will continue to shop elsewhere. Tend to agree with Q here Chrissie, looks like it's not in stock and is effectively a pre order. Now how do you decide where the truth of the matter lies ? |

Hello friends,
I want to make an explanation.
Pre-sale item on our site will be marked "presale", that's also means supplier won't provide the items immediately, FT, efuntop etc. too.
I marked 5-10 days means we can get the item in 2-3 days, and as i explained before, we cannot restock over thousands of items,
it would be difficult to deal with if we cannot sold out.
So Chinese vendors usually made the order from supplier depends on the demand in market.
For instance, this time we ordered 200 pieces Mod and 100 pieces atomizer, hope this can meet the demand from now to next Thursday.
Then another hundreds pieces will be restock day by day.
Hope this sincerely explanation can give you some help.
Last, we applied to change the time on page "within shipping 3 -5 days", because its difficult sometimes. And also shared some advice from you to leader.
Then i noticed 5- 10 days to give you the honesty time, we are happy if can ship within 3- 5 days.

Best regards So then they are NOT in stock but can be in 2-3 days unless your supplier has a problem or the trucking co does not deliver on time. You should be saying we hope to have this item in 2-3 days not we will have them as you do NOT have them
