Hi Isabel, What is GearBest's procedure when a product goes out of stock after the customer has placed an order and paid the invoice? At what point will you contact the customer to inform them of a delay in despatch or offer a refund? Hi, ceedee Normally, if the product is out of stock after was bought by customer, we will check how long will it takes to back order. If it's less than 5 days, we won't inform our customer, because it's still within our promised time range: Dispatch:Ships within 3-5 business days. But if we get this more than 5 days, we will spread this delay news on every forums and SNS. Because of the large amount of products and order and the imperfect of our system, it won't be an easy job to send notice to every customer. Only when we can´t get the product back in stock, our aftersale will inform customers a replacement or refund. Thanks for your asking, we will take it seriously and try to find a proper way to let our customers get notified as soon as possible. Hope i can give you a satisfied answer very soon. Please don't take my comments personally but I need to let you know that GearBest needs to improve both communication and despatch/shipping. 1) Vapers are an impatient and demanding bunch constantly waiting for the latest kit to arrive. GearBest are currently taking 10 days just to get an order to PostNL's export centre and another 8 days for it to reach the UK. Both FocalEcig and FastTech offer shipping by ePost (EPS by China Post) for an extra $2. Somehow they are currently getting orders delivered in the UK in 6 days and even normal airmail is only taking 12-14 days. 2) It's unacceptable to take an order for items shown as being in stock, take payment by Paypal and then leave the order showing as "Processing" for 10 days without some kind of explanation for the delay, preferably with a date when you anticipate being able to despatch the order or an offer to refund the payment. We forget that it's something of a modern miracle that we are able to order direct from you on the other side of the world but GearBest is operating in a highly competitive market and if you don't meet European vapers' unreasonable expectations, you will get a reputation as unreliable and rapidly lose business. I hope that you can pass on this message and that GearBest's service will improve.

We have 2 bad news for all of you.
1. We can't sell Rdna 40 any more because we got complaint from VaporShark Company.
2. All the order of IPV 4 will be delay 10 more days till 20th April because the factory just start their production of IPV4 today. So, every vendor, no just Gearbest.com have to wait for it.
We are very sorry for your inconvenience.
