Loving the sunshine

Isn't it nice that the sun has made an appearance it's been lovely yesterday and today my doggie was two today so one of my daughters tuck her for a lovely run

Two lovely ladies together @yavape.

Took my girly for her regular run over the Common at lunch time . . . she must have been feeling a little warm, as she plucked up the courage to have a paddle in the river there. Not too deep though!

All my doggies have been ' water pups ' until now - Pandz doesn't like stepping in a puddle however, sunbathing is more her style I've discovered.

Just like my dog perps, hates getting wet but would spend all day sunbathing.

O bless she's lovely having a good old sunbath my old snoop loves the sun ,Amber is a water baby she is in the water everyday she can't walk past without jumping in she even did it when it was iced over but she soon jumped out

I'm just beginning to feel that we're making some real headway ( and bonding ) . . . takes a time and little Casp was a hard act to follow.

Walking consistently nicely on the lead is still our biggest nut to crack, though there's progress there as well - Pandz wasn't even house trained when she first came to me, so we've had lots of stuff to tackle!

Mega foodie she is, so I've steeled myself to make her Liver Cake as a training reward, which she loves.


Have you thought about getting Amber a children's paddling pool @yavape for the hopefully lovely summer we have ahead of us . . . another doggy of mine used to love his little pool on a hot day.

If they have a rigid sided one, that's worth getting @yavape . . . I'd first got the inflatable type for Sammy, nearly killed myself getting the thing inflated. Got it filled with water, only to be called away to the phone.

When I returned the patio was awash with water and shredded rubber, with one very pleased JR charging around in the middle of the mayhem!

It was a lesson learnt.

Ha ha ha it's a good job you told me this because I would of bought the blow up and thinking about it she likes to have a good dig in the water.
The other day she decided to find the dirtiest puddle and Lie down on it she had dirt tidemarks ,anything that's disgusting she likes to roll in mostly Fox poo and animal carcasses and trying to get the smell of that out it's hard work she's a little monkey. Little old snoop is a little angel he is 14 now and he just totters behind me quite happy bless him

I'm going to get a paddling pool for them too. Mr Karma said 'why don't you also get a sandpit, might stop them digging up the garden'

I said, 'What a fab idea, we'll need to get a lid for it to stop the cat doing her business in it'

It's not so sunny her today, would like to see the strange orb in the sky shining back down on us today, the sunshine brings the best out in everyone makes most happy. Although our weather is always the subject of conversation in the UK to hot to cold to cloudy to sunny etc etc,

Beautiful here, was treated to a Chinese buffet by friends & then we went for some wonderful sun & fresh sea air......bliss!
