Juice keeps flooding my cartos?

??? Another strange one!! I got a sample size Cherry Tobacco which I have taken a liking too problem is, when I fill a carto with it....it floods into the air hole. Ok, I know you'll be thinking that I should be careful when filling to avoid the hole right? Well I am extra careful and it flooded a Bud atomizer, at first I thought oh maybe it is an old one so I dashed it and took one out the pack. It flooded that one too

So after having recently figured out how to mod the CE2's I took one of those out of the pack and you guessed it...I filled...it came straight out the battery end

In total I have had to throw 3 carto's away, one used but two fresh from the pack, what on earth could the problem be? I was using a spikey thing as well as a syringe!

Any ideas ??? the mix was a 60/40 PG/VG but none of my others juices have ever done this!

A bit heavy handed on the amount of juice that you're using maybe MrsM?

Could be worth trying filling in stages and let that absorb, rather than going for broke on the first syringe full?

When filling the Buds, try not to push the rubber bottle adapter too hard into the hole on the Bud. I try to leave it a little loose to allow the air to escape while filling. Otherwise it can force the liquid into the airway.

Im not sure how you are getting the CE2's to flood out the battery end... as the tube should be above where you are filling

Hi guys, with the Buds i will try leaving a gap between the spikey thing and the bottle when filling and see if that helps. I didnt get the chance to fill to the top so definately not overfill, With the CE2 I am clueless, this has never happened to me before and only when using this juice 3 cartos binned in one shot! I am thinking it must be something to do with airflow, I do have a habit of butting my bottle top up against what I am filling so am probably blocking the airflow :-[

are you filling the CE2 with a syringe? you could try filling the carto with a syringe too so you can get better accuracy

Hi Gordy, yes I was using a syringe on the CE2 and a spikey thing on the Bud. Me thinks I need a new syringe as it is a few weeks old now lol
