Hey womble, i can understand that, it's for me was the fear of failure again! I failed to give up by any other method!

Also, telling people you are going to stop the nasties immediately puts you under pressure!

Although, Electro, your Mrs may wonder what you are doing? iItold DH that I was trying to cut down. A few days later, once I got the hang of things with advice on here, I just stopped smoking. i know it's just over 3 weeks but for me that's amazing and I'm enjoying it!

Wow, what a response. Thank you for the warm welcome. Yes, Tinks is my missus. What better Valentine present to give her than having a go at vaping which will hopefully mean I finally quit the nasties ( the daft girl does tend to worry about me).

In answer to your questions my wife showed me the picture of the e-cig that Gordy won and I really liked it so I have ordered one to use when out and about. I am sure at some point I will upgrade it, I am already having goes on Tinks Lava tube and SD keyring.

I currently smoke Mayfair, but I am not as heavy a smoker as the missus and I smoke about 10 to 15 a day.

Ahhhhhh that explains why you kept asking me last night if I had been on the forum. Suppose I have to forgive you for trying to coerce these guys into keeping secrets for you (don't make a habit of it though >).
