Saw this on FT, have no idea if the TC is any good, but it looks easy to remove a battery and fit a squonking 510 pin, tube & bottle, but you may want to wait for reviews to see is the board is any good.  |

I was eyeing that up today for the same purpose. The tube will be bent a little but should still hold its shape.
Just wary of the chips being iffy.

a bit more, but at least you get closeups of the wiring so can plan your fatdaddy

Apparently the TC does not work very well and it is possible to burn a cotton wick. Read the comments on FT.
