Can I swerve getting the meat products for the moment? I'll be chocka in the car with everything else.
I'll be bringing sauces (tomato and brown only. Any special, you can bring your own dagl!) Also I'll bring 50 burger rolls and 50 hot dog rolls. I'll chip in for sausages, burgers, steaks, rack of ribs, pulled pork, etc etc on the day

I am now off psychiatric meds so my liver needs something to occupy the now vacated capacity. . .

Now what do I want to be drinking. . .

Still can't really arrive with too much but I will happily bung a tenner towards foodstuffs if anyone requires it.

Oh and if others are there early enough a lift to a supermarket would be nice, again petrol money can be paid. . .

I am still a noob with my Cobb, but closer to the date I can let you know what would be a good choice to cook on it, it is a smoker oven style rather than a grill so slower, probably a dozen chicken legs in reggae reggae sauce.

Looks like you've got the hang of the Cobb VapingBad like the precise temp measurement, just need some fan assist to control the grill temp now. I have a WSM and looked into it for long slow cooking overnight, saves getting up at 2 in the morning when the temp alarm goes off, bit pricy though.

I was thinking of doing a butterflied leg of lamb on the gas Weber so that leaves 2 Cobbs for an assortment of goddies. Will have to sort something out nearer the time.
