vapefest AAEC Friday night BBQ

Will be happening on the campsite. If anyone is interested please add your name. Need a concrete commitment for the actual barbeque, charcoal/gas and utensils.
Folk to bring their own food to cook up (dont forget your rolls!)

I'll go to John stayte and buy the disposable £2k one .., you seen them in there? All singing, all dancing gas affairs! Does it all, barr toss your salad!

it is likely that i won't be attending vape fest this year

I've got 2 weeks at the TT first weeks in june, followed by a stag do end of june in ireland all on top of job interviews and juggling time home with the family ...if i can make it i will but its a fine juggle

I was being facetious! Though they do sell some grand ones.

I'd like someone else to take this on and make it happen. Maybe ukric has some tips. Many of us are travelling and an oil drum or the like would be too cumbersome to bring along

Could ask ukric if the hog-rost stall is willing for a price on a hog roasted and how many portions that would cover and see if that's viable at £x per head paid in advance. They are there anyway and may think it's worth it, but would need a lot of people to commit. Maybe a silly idea, just popped into my head and though I would put it out there.


Last year loads of people said they would bring bbqs, but only I did (2 disposable), I will bring one for each day this year, but not going to feed many and I don't have anything bigger.
