Not so sure about YiHi's UK board prices and warranty @windows, and they are big boards so your mod will be bigger.

The SX350's are wider than a 18xxx battery plus quite deep, I just fitted one and they are a lot bigger than DNAs and the minis are longer than the outside one my DNA mods. YMMV, but too big for me. Not against YiHi, got an SX Mini M on the way, its just the boards are big, inflexable, very over priced with only got a DOA warranty. E: very was a bit harsh, but looking at the price of the Zero clones with real YiHi chips they are very over priced, cheaper than the board delivered.

I was thinking these size boxes www.modmaker.co.uk/Mod-Making-Supplies/Enclosures/Black-ABS-Enclosure-112x62x31But the warranty sounds kak so maybe not

Ordered an sx360 from Pink Mule last night £45, £46 delivered with dissy, expensive yes but so is the DNA, it comes prewired, nice, and without the mega fragile screen ribbon cable. I've a Hammond 1550 that I intend to put it in, not exactly tiny but for me an exceptable size. Aiming at something like that. There's over 300 pages of dicussion on e-cig USA forum on this chip with very, very, few negative posts.

I was thinking of one of these in a 1590b. Apparently it leaves enough room for a dual 18650 sled.

It's no good trying to compete with the Chinese then buying in from shapeways. In house manufacturing is the way forward, plus an extension lead from a neighbours socket and negative minimum wages
